The best time period for butterflywatching would be early morning from 9am to 11am.
More butterflies can be observed during sunny days, while during cloudy days butterflies of the Hesperiidae family would be more active.

Siu Lang Shui Butterfly Reserve will not be opened to public. Public can join the eco-tour organized by the operator to visit the reserve.

It is forbidden to enter the reserve without permission.

Take care of wild animals, do not disturb or catch any animals (including insects, their larvae and eggs) within the reserve.

Take care of plants, do not trample on, collect or damage any plants within the reserve.

Take care of the facilities within the reserve, do not damage public properties and climb over fences.

Smoking and flammables are strictly prohibited within the reserve
